Our entire team receives expert training through our in house academy- Holmes of Beauty Academy, and continues their development with advanced training at industry leading centres, including Hydrafacial HQ and Alma Lasers Studios in London. This ensures our clients always receive the latest and most effective treatments available.

Jasmine Holmes
With 8 years of experience in the industry, Jasmine is the heart behind Holmes of Beauty. Passionate about creating a space where both clients and industry professionals feel truly seen, supported and empowered, she has also built a successful training academy dedicated to training the next generation of beauty professionals. Her expertise lies in advanced skincare treatments, and her mission is to help clients achieve confidence through results-driven personalised care. Whether it's mentoring new staff, developing holistic protocols or delivering Hydrafacials, Jasmine leads with passion, purpose and a deep commitment to wellness. At Holmes of Beauty, she has cultivated a brand that’s more than just treatments- it’s a community.
Daizee Stone
Daizee has recently completed her Level 2 apprenticeship at Holmes of Beauty, in collaboration with Bournemouth and Poole College, and has also undergone extensive in-house training with Holmes of Beauty Academy. Known as the perfectionist of the team, Daizee takes immense pride in her work, always striving to deliver flawless results and ensure every client leaves feeling their best. She specialises in BIAB and all things nails with a keen eye for detail and design. Daizee also loves performing Dermaplaning facials, combining the treatment with professional-grade Obagi skincare to achieve instantly visible results. Her passion for skin and wellbeing continues to grow, and she will soon be expanding her treatment menu to include advanced skincare services and massage therapies.
Claire Bridges
Claire brings over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, having worked in luxury spas where client care and attention to detail were paramount. Her calming presence and passion for skincare make every treatment feel like a true escape. Specialising in results-driven facials with a holistic approach, Claire combines her spa background with advanced techniques to deliver both relaxation and tangible skin improvements. She is fully trained in Hydrafacials and Obagi products and loves offering a wide range of beauty treatments. Claire is based at our Wallisdown location part-time, balancing her love for the industry with family life.
Bayleigh Hurlock
Bayleigh joined Holmes of Beauty at the beginning of 2025 as part of our brand new Wallisdown team. With a calming presence and keen eye for detail, she quickly became known for her beautiful nail work and flawless lash extensions. Bayleigh is passionate about making every client feel relaxed and confident during their treatments. A Level 3 qualified beauty therapist, Bayleigh has been in the industry for 5 years now. Since joining Holmes of Beauty, she has continued to grow her skills, completing training in Hydrafacial and acquiring in-depth knowledge of Obagi products. She is currently expanding her expertise and will soon be offering advanced, professional skincare treatments as part of her services.
Ella Boobier
Ella joined the Holmes of Beauty team in June 2025 and is currently finishing her Level 3 Beauty Therapy course at Brockenhurst College. Based part time at our Wallisdown salon, Ella is already showing great promise as she begins her journey into the beauty industry. Her true passion lies in massage therapy, and she’s known for her excellent firm pressure and intuitive touch- perfect for clients seeking deep relaxation and tension relief. Ash she completed her training, Ella will be gradually expanding her treatment menu and increasing her hours with us. We’re so excited to support Ella as she builds she confidence, grows her skills and begins her career at Holmes of Beauty. Now is the perfect time to book with Ella as she starts taking on new clients and builds her client base in our Wallisdown salon.
Ella Devereux
Ella has been a dedicated part of Holmes of Beauty since day one, joining as an apprentice and quickly proving herself as a rising star in the industry. After completing her Level 2 apprenticeship with Bournemouth College, Ella has gone on to undertake extensive training in a wide range of advanced treatments. Now a confident and highly skilled senior therapist, Ella specialises in Hydrafacials, Obagi facials and Laser hair removal. Her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in client care has led her to take on a new challenge - training to become the Salon Manager of our beautiful new Wallisdown location. While she shines in all aspects of beauty, Ella’s true passion lies in nails, where her creativity knows no bounds. Known for her incredible talent in nail art, she can hand-draw everything from intricate designs to detailed characters, bringing clients’ visions to life with precision and flair.
Courtney Johnstone
With 8 years of industry experience and having joined Holmes of Beauty just one month after our first Winton location opened, Courtney has become a familiar and much-loved face within the salon. As our senior therapist and Salon Manager of Winton, she leads with both professionalism and heart, setting the standard for exceptional client care and team support. Courtney specialises in advanced skin and body treatments, including Hydrafacial, but her true passion lies in Laser Hair Removal. She is primarily dedicated to helping clients who suffer from excess hair growth due to conditions like PCOS, providing life-changing, long-term results with compassion and understanding. Her thoughtful approach, warm personality and genuine care for both her clients and team make her an irreplaceable part of Holmes of Beauty.
India Jackopson
India began her journey with Holmes of Beauty as a Level 2 apprentice and has grown into a skilled and compassionate Therapist. Now offering a range of advanced treatments, including laser hair removal, India is known for its attention to detail, client care and deep understanding of skincare. Having personally struggled with acne, India brings genuine passion to her work, helping others feel confident in their skin. She specialises in Hydrafacials, Obagi skincare and skin peels, including the Obagi Blue Peel Radiance, tailoring every treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. India is a beloved member of our Winton team, and with her natural leadership and dedication, she is set to play a key role in our upcoming Ashley Cross location within the next year.
Ashleigh Young
Ashleigh began her Level 2 apprenticeship with Holmes of Beauty in September 2024 and is already making a significant impact in the salon with her exceptional talent and dedication. Despite being in the industry for less than a year, she has quickly built a loyal client base thanks to her standout nail services and impressive attention to detail. Rising star in the team, Ashleigh has already completed multiple courses through our academy. She now confidently offers a range of treatments including gel polish, BIAB nails, manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash lifts and lash extensions. Her creativity shines through in her nail art, which has already become a client favourite.
Summer Nix
Summer began her career in the beauty industry with Holmes of Beauty in September 2025 as she began her Level 2 Apprenticeship with Bournemouth and Poole College. She transferred to our brand new Wallisdown salon when it opened in December and has quickly became a valued member of the team. Now offering a wide range of treatments- including gel nails, lash extensions, lash lifts, pedicures, waxing and more to come! Summer is building her skills and confidence every day through hands on experience and in house training with our academy. Her warm personality and commitment to excellent customer service make every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lexie-Leigh Martin
Lexi is nearing the end of her 18-month Level 2 Beauty Apprenticeship and has already established herself as one of our most in-demand junior therapists. Throughout her training, she has shown outstanding dedication, completing extensive hands-on education at Holmes of Beauty Academy, visiting Hydrafacial HQ in London, and gaining expert Obagi product knowledge in Reading. Lexie has a natural talent for beauty and a particular love for all things lashes, specialising in both lash extensions and lash lifts. Her passion, skill and warm personality have made her a favourite among clients, and her column is booking up fast!
Vicki Hayward
With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge and confidence to every treatment she delivers. After taking time out to focus on her family life, she has now returned to the industry with fresh energy and a renewed passion for her craft. Vicki is highly skilled in intimate waxing, manicures, pedicures and massage- offering a warm, professional approach and consistently high standards. She is now expanding her treatment menu through ongoing training at Holmes of Beauty Academy, where she is learning Lash lifts and BIAB nails to stay current with the ever-evolving beauty industry.
Lois Ramsey
Lois joined Holmes of Beauty in September as she began her Level 2 Beauty apprenticeship and is based at our Winton branch. In a short time, she has already established a loyal client base thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to her craft. Lois has undergone extensive training sessions through our in-house academy and now offers a wide range of treatments, including nails, lashes, waxing, pedicures, and more. While she’s still on her journey to qualification, her treatments are offered at a discounted rate; however, the quality of her work already speaks for itself. Caring, attentive and passionate about beauty, Lois brings warmth and professionalism to every appointment.
