Jasmine Holmes
With 8 years of experience in the industry, Jasmine is the heart behind Holmes of Beauty. Passionate about creating a space where both clients and industry professionals feel truly seen, supported and empowered, she has also built a successful training academy dedicated to training the next generation of beauty professionals. Her expertise lies in advanced skincare treatments, and her mission is to help clients achieve confidence through results-driven personalised care. Whether it's mentoring new staff, developing holistic protocols or delivering Hydrafacials, Jasmine leads with passion, purpose and a deep commitment to wellness. At Holmes of Beauty, she has cultivated a brand that’s more than just treatments- it’s a community.
Daizee Stone
Daizee has recently completed her Level 2 apprenticeship at Holmes of Beauty, in collaboration with Bournemouth and Poole College, and has also undergone extensive in-house training with Holmes of Beauty Academy. Known as the perfectionist of the team, Daizee takes immense pride in her work, always striving to deliver flawless results and ensure every client leaves feeling their best. She specialises in BIAB and all things nails with a keen eye for detail and design. Daizee also loves performing Dermaplaning facials, combining the treatment with professional-grade Obagi skincare to achieve instantly visible results. Her passion for skin and wellbeing continues to grow, and she will soon be expanding her treatment menu to include advanced skincare services and massage therapies.
Bayleigh Hurlock
Bayleigh joined Holmes of Beauty at the beginning of 2025 as part of our brand new Wallisdown team. With a calming presence and keen eye for detail, she quickly became known for her beautiful nail work and flawless lash extensions. Bayleigh is passionate about making every client feel relaxed and confident during their treatments. A Level 3 qualified beauty therapist, Bayleigh has been in the industry for 5 years now. Since joining Holmes of Beauty, she has continued to grow her skills, completing training in Hydrafacial and acquiring in-depth knowledge of Obagi products. She is currently expanding her expertise and will soon be offering advanced, professional skincare treatments as part of her services.
Ella Devereux
Ella has been a dedicated part of Holmes of Beauty since day one, joining as an apprentice and quickly proving herself as a rising star in the industry. After completing her Level 2 apprenticeship with Bournemouth College, Ella has gone on to undertake extensive training in a wide range of advanced treatments. Now a confident and highly skilled senior therapist, Ella specialises in Hydrafacials, Obagi facials and Laser hair removal. Her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in client care has led her to take on a new challenge - training to become the Salon Manager of our beautiful new Wallisdown location. While she shines in all aspects of beauty, Ella’s true passion lies in nails, where her creativity knows no bounds. Known for her incredible talent in nail art, she can hand-draw everything from intricate designs to detailed characters, bringing clients’ visions to life with precision and flair.
Courtney Johnstone
With 8 years of industry experience and having joined Holmes of Beauty just one month after our first Winton location opened, Courtney has become a familiar and much-loved face within the salon. As our senior therapist and Salon Manager of Winton, she leads with both professionalism and heart, setting the standard for exceptional client care and team support. Courtney specialises in advanced skin and body treatments, including Hydrafacial, but her true passion lies in Laser Hair Removal. She is primarily dedicated to helping clients who suffer from excess hair growth due to conditions like PCOS, providing life-changing, long-term results with compassion and understanding. Her thoughtful approach, warm personality and genuine care for both her clients and team make her an irreplaceable part of Holmes of Beauty.
Grace Verity
We’re delighted to welcome Grace to the Holmes of Beauty team, working across both our Winton and Wallisdown salons.
Grace is a qualified beauty therapist with over 5 years of industry experience. After taking some time away from the salon to welcome her little boy, she is now returning to the industry with a renewed passion for beauty and client care.
Grace specialises in a range of treatments, including:
• BIAB nails
• Gel manicures
• Pedicures
• Facial waxing
• Lash lifts
She is passionate about delivering high-quality treatments while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for every client. Grace takes pride in helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and well looked after during every visit.
Now back in the salon, she is excited to continue developing her skills, meeting new clients, and growing within the Holmes of Beauty team.
Ashleigh Young
Ashleigh began her Level 2 apprenticeship with Holmes of Beauty in September 2024 and is already making a significant impact in the salon with her exceptional talent and dedication. Despite being in the industry for less than a year, she has quickly built a loyal client base thanks to her standout nail services and impressive attention to detail. Rising star in the team, Ashleigh has already completed multiple courses through our academy. She now confidently offers a range of treatments including gel polish, BIAB nails, manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash lifts and lash extensions. Her creativity shines through in her nail art, which has already become a client favourite.
Kayleigh Archer
Originally from Merseyside, Kayleigh began her journey in the industry after leaving school, training in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy (Level 1 & 2) before going on to specialise within the beauty sector. She has continued to invest in her development through a range of advanced training courses, enabling her to deliver high-quality, results-driven treatments.
After relocating to Bournemouth, Kayleigh took some time away from the industry to focus on being a mum. Now returning to her career, she brings with her a renewed passion for beauty and client care, and is excited to be doing what she truly loves again.
Kayleigh prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to create a calm, luxurious experience for every client. Her focus is always on ensuring each person leaves feeling confident, relaxed, and their absolute best.
She is also continuing to expand her skill set, with new treatments and advanced services launching soon.

Vicki Hayward
With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge and confidence to every treatment she delivers. After taking time out to focus on her family life, she has now returned to the industry with fresh energy and a renewed passion for her craft. Vicki is highly skilled in intimate waxing, manicures, pedicures and massage- offering a warm, professional approach and consistently high standards. She is now expanding her treatment menu through ongoing training at Holmes of Beauty Academy, where she is learning Lash lifts and BIAB nails to stay current with the ever-evolving beauty industry.
Lois Ramsey
Lois joined Holmes of Beauty in September as she began her Level 2 Beauty apprenticeship and is based at our Winton branch. In a short time, she has already established a loyal client base thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to her craft. Lois has undergone extensive training sessions through our in-house academy and now offers a wide range of treatments, including nails, lashes, waxing, pedicures, and more. While she’s still on her journey to qualification, her treatments are offered at a discounted rate; however, the quality of her work already speaks for itself. Caring, attentive and passionate about beauty, Lois brings warmth and professionalism to every appointment.
