Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted without penalty up to 48 hours before your appointment. A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as for no-shows and same-day cancellations.

Clients must complete a patch test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment; failure to do so will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In case of an allergic reaction, please notify us immediately, as neglecting to do so may result in additional charges. Appointments with trainees, juniors, or apprentices cannot be redone at no charge, as they are still undergoing training. Please note: WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Patch testing 

Clients will be required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment for all hair colouring services, tinting, lash extensions and semi permanent make up. It is client’s responsibility to ensure they are having their patch test before their appointment or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
